Favorite restaurants: Oddfellows Cafe (hipsterville yumminess) in Capitol Hill, Bluebird Ice Cream in Fremont (creamy, small batch ice cream), Joe Fortes (surf and turf!), Medina Cafe (heavenly homemade mini waffles with assorted dipping sauces!), The Sandbar (awesome patio overlooking Vancouver), Edible Canada at the Market (beef short rib sandwich with green apples=to die for)
